FAQ
The clock does not appear, in the player or in the preview
You must verify if the font size of the clock is marked as automatic. Only in this situation the software can resize the clock according the screen resolution in which the project will be displayed.
You must disable the User Account Control (UAC) by going to Start → Control Panel → User Accounts → User Account Settings → Never Notify.
The schedule's sub event doesn't work.
You must change the date format in the Windows. For that, you must go to clock → Change date and time settings → Change date and time → Change calendar settings → Short date. The correct format is dd-mm-yyyy.
The imported PPTX files are shown with some problems in the slideshow
These problems are related with images (e.g. .eps or .wmf) or smartarts in the PPTX files. If your PPTX has these images or smartarts, to import correctly the files you should previously save the PPTX file as a PDF and then import this PDF into the slideshow.
